Credit Policy

Our credit application, including Tax I.D. #, must be submitted for approval prior to order placement. Cash in advance or C.O.D. will be accepted for first time orders.

Order Acknowledgements

All orders will be acknowledged via fax or mail within 24 hours after receipt. So that our interpretation of your order specifications is correct, it is your responsibility to check for accuracy.

Quotes/Pricing

Price quotes are kept on file for 30 days. Ultra Forms Plus does not publish price lists, however you are welcome to call, fax, or email your quote requests and we will respond immediately.

Composition

Ultra Forms Plus provides ALL NORMAL COMPOSITION ON ALL PRODUCTS AT NO CHARGE. Artwork and/or negatives produced by Ultra Forms are considered property of Ultra Forms Plus.

Product Complaints

Ultra Forms Plus stands behind its products and services 100%. Any product complaint should be made in a reasonable amount of time following shipment. Prior approval must be obtained before return of product for repair, replacement or credit.

Deliveries

Normal deliveries are quoted with a 8-10 day turnaround. Orders requiring proofs will be scheduled at the time of proof approval. Please contact Customer Service for all rush delivery requests.
